• Understand deeply Vietnamese cuisines and be responsibility to recommend on menu development, food availability trends, market prices, recipes…
• Manage daily food preparation, presentation, tasting and service timing.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with peak operation hours and Restaurant standards.
• Control food costs within budgetary approval and work very closely with the Restaurant Managers in planning & strategy, new menus creative, promotion items suggestion for month, quarter & year…
• Ensure high standard of hygiene and work methods are met. Follow & assessing food quality launching at Restaurants. Make change or improve food recipes/portions if needed to enhance food quality.
• Ability to schedule kitchen staffs according to business and to ensure smooth & efficient with actual operations.
• Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, by setting positive examples at all times and build an atmosphere that encourages employees to share ideas, discuss concerns, to guide and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct training, coaching, on the job training for kitchen staff and executive chefs so that they can handle job tasks.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area responsibility.


• At least 5 year-experience in a similarly job and knowledge of general western cuisine is required
• Be analyze food data and proven reduce food costs
• Be familiar with inventory control and food ordering
• Problem solving, handling & managing, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Good team building & management skills; good attitude, proactive and reliable.
• Have strong administrative skills and computer skills.
• Fluent in English communication (Cantonese communication is an advantage).
• Male, age 30 above.
